Article 25

The gospel is preached freely for the conversion of sinners and does not require, as an absolute necessity, prior qualifications, preparations, terrors of the law, or a preceding ministry of the law. It requires only a sinner, naked and ungodly, to receive Christ crucified, dead, buried, and raised again. He is made Prince and Savior for such sinners as are brought through the gospel to believe in Him.
